The implant grants a +8% Bonus to armor hit points. With a full high grade slave set it goes up to 24%, with a full low grade slave set its 16%.
Skill requirements:
- Cybernetics V
- Science III
Minimum bid 400mil
No reserve
Minimum bid increment 10mil
Buyout 700mil (its on escrow @700mil until auction end in Jita)
No sniper rule
Ends in two days, so Feb 17 @ 20:00 eve time
As a sidenote, I can confirm that you'll get a boost of 20% with a High Grade Slave implant set + a low grade slave omega. I plugged that in a few days ago and it worked (slave set first, the the akemon). I ended up with a 72% boost overall  (with hull @ lvl 5 (ie +25% armor) its actually 115% over base armor hit points)
