thats right,
screenshot of the skills here taken at 21:40 on the 15/02/06 eve GMT London.
he has maxed out learning skills
with +4 Prcep and +3 all otehr implants.
also has 5 extra bonuses implants.
he can fly a carrier and motehr ship, hell have carrier lvl 4 in 7 days.
he got real nice drone skills.
he also has fighters lvl4
and is able to jump and use capital repair modules.
he has at least 300 mills in valubles, but iam not counting that in,
just remember i spent almost a billion on the capital skills.
also, the account is:
thats 22msp fast learner pilot, with great mining and drone skills, also able to fly carriers and mother ships, and propebly use them well.
make your offers, i m not on a rush.

Hate to rain on your sale here but,
in accordance with the EULA, the seller MUST pay the transfer fee for a character and the sale of accounts is not allowed. Might want to re-look into that.

why not i mean the average high sp pvp player has 35mils SP, of which about 10mil SP is in gunnry and since carriers need no guns, take 10mils off so a 25mils sp could effectively fly a carrier pretty well.
although the one on sale here does need some fixing on his skills.

first of, this is thread hijacking, you are off topic, secondly grow up.
i PvP in another specialist account, this was my industry account, adn took him to fly a carrier.
he has weaked attrubutes, and you dont need guns to fly a mothership well at all.
