According to the task manger I have a eveexe file runing under processes but nothing happens and no program is active. Might be a internal problem from my side but I doubt it since It worked fine yesterday and nothings changed from my side (at least not what Im aware off ) Anyway, just throwing it out there.

Sorry, but that is not the same problem. The problem the OP describes is that the play button is not even clickable. Not sure what happens in your case, but if it is a reproducible problem you might want to file a bug report with the EVE client logs. Basically I just tried various solutions offered on the forums, including a reinstall of the Launcher itself, but it still hasn't worked yet. Yesterday everything was fine, but now everything's broken. :( TIcket is submitted and I would like to get an answer on the issue. Log of the Launcher is attached to Ticket. Thanks in advance
