I'd be doing what every eve addict does, load up the eve-client 10000 times hoping some miracle makes the server come up early

I play Freelancer a lot during such times.
For a 3 year-old game it's not bad. Nice graphics. Combat is fast and furious.
It's not EVE but it's pretty good.
And there is always, always, beer!

go.. hang arround with your friends.

you can always search for you old dusted hl key somewhere go into teamspeak :P hopefully others are desperately as well :P ( d0h there more >.< )

Watched until first few episodes of S3 (When JB helps druglord escape from prison) and then put it on hold. Somehow I didn't had the feel of series anymore.
But there is always a Firefly available (and there is a post series movie too) :)

Freelancer + beer = i lose the fights i should have won, but at least there's a brand new, fully fitted ship at the respawn station
