Mackinaw price updated, package price will be reduced with 10m
aswell, i have not got any new prices on the Ice H2s so ill
adjust the package price when i get the new numbers ready.

Filled my large orders and i got 10 shiny Macks ready for
sale.
I have removed the package deals due to the price, if someone
want me to pickup 2 ice h2s from market i can do that for the
client with delivery.
