those invol hardeners are very rare.
i only seen one before and it was sold at 2.5bil isk.
so to get 3x those hardneers is near enough impossible and if u can its gona cost 7.5bils alone

Dude... you cant use tech 2 torps with faction siege launchers... and you dont get the rate of fire bonus from torp specialization.... why in the heck would i wanna use faction launchers? 
just checked it... Estamel's Siege launcher only fires 1.75 seconds faster compared to t2 siege with torp specialization 5. Its not worth the extra 20 cpu cost PER launcher. PLus i can use rage or precision torps with t2 launchers.
Sorry but t2 sieges is the best choice.

More scary to lose. Because that's the whole point of faction stuff: to give you a heart attack every time someone enters local.

this is the ship and setup you want:
RATTLESNAKE
6x estamel's modified siege launcher
1x brokara's modified heavy nos
1x gist x-type xl shield booster
2x gist x-type shield boost amps
3x estemel's modified invulnerability field
4x estemel's modified ballistic control system
2x kaikka's modified co-processor
that gives 1376 shield every 4 seconds with the following resist:
em - 79.79
exp - 91.92
kin - 87.88
ther - 83.84
and if combined with a full crystal set gives you 2147 shield every 4 seconds
now onto the best part:
the missile launchers have a 5.72sec rof and the torps do 1082.52 dmg each that is 1134.38 dmg per second
Shocked
i could put some esamels shield boost amps on the ship but i want to keep the price down. at current market prices this will cost between 20billion and 27.4billion

Or you could buy:
- 75 well fitted Megathrons ( 200 mil * 75 = 15,000)
- 666 t2 fitted ares ( 15 mil * 666 = 9990 )
- 1000 fitted tristans ( 500k * 1000 = 2000)
- 25 t2 fitted enyos ( 40 mil * 25 = 1000 )
15,000 + 9990 + 2000 + 1000 = 27.900 mil. Just slightly over your limit :)
