Doh, GM doesnt even know theres a memory leak issue as i was asking for reimbursement. This is silly, as its not so much as an issue abt iskies but losing ships, implants and equipment to a known memory leak issue that is plastered all over in game and out of game, and CLAIMING that u dont know abt it is seriously dumb. I have been reimbursed b4 for some small ships lost to memory leaks and I refuse to accept the fact that suddenly they refused to reimburse one measly AF. I have lost tons of ships b4 but losing it to a memory leak really sucks. Buck up CCP! If ur GM doesnt even know heads or tails abt a KNOWN ISSUE wth is gona happen in EVE. Whats next? Refusal to accept any form of reimbursement due to some seriously screwed programming every 5 min crash to desktop? Losing a whole fleet to server lags? Gimee a break. If this the way u handle ur customers with more ignorance, how are players gona feel everytime we have to do a workaround and we get screwed at the end of it everytime.

Personally I don't know anything about a memory leak in EVE or memory leaks in general. As your petition is categorized in the reimbursement subcategory, I answered your e-mail in that manner and because I can't say anything about a memory leak. If you would like to bug report this memory leak on our website then we would be very happy if you could take the time to do that but we can not give you the ship back as our reimbursement policy states. well zworm doesnt generally (gathered opinions) like to return ships which were lost because of server issues :P (personal experience counts too)

To OP - You should remove references to GM/Client discussions before the post gets locked.
It is especially frowned upon to name GMs.
