Highs: 4x Siege launchers 2x NOS or 350mm railguns.
Medium: 1x Large Shieldbooster II, 3x Eutectic I cap chargers, 1x Large Shield Extender II, 3x hardeners (for whatever type)
Lows 3x PDS II, 1x BCU II
Shield boosting seems to be sustaining itself indefinitely, which is good I suppose.
Is this good or can I do any better? I know I can't kill high bounty BS with this setup but I'll have friends with me most of the time.

Try a few boost amps in mid and Cap Power Relays in low. If you use multiple amps the negative effect of the CPR's get negated. (is that the right word?)

Cap power relays in low .... nice... especially for a shield boosting ship... a PDU2 offers almost the same cap recharge bonus as a cpr ..because it both increases total cap AND cap recharge...and that has a double effect on cap/s recharge... so...no don't try CPR in lows...leave PDU2...
But the first part of that suggestion of adding 2 boost amps in med slots might be worth a lot more then a cap recharger to you... I would follow that advise...

Peak cap recharge rate
4x CPR I 46.75 cap/s
4x PDU II 33.21 cap/s
Difference = 40,7%
XLarge shield booster II with 2 boost amps
with 4x PDU II ??? hp
with 4x CPR I ??? hp Damn QuickFit does not display this, maybe someone can do the math on it for me? 
I'm quite sure its a bit better.

Cap relays are alot better then pdu, i can run my Large SB nonstop with use of 3 Cap relays, while i cant make it run with even 5x pdu. PDU does offer more Powergrid and alot more Sheild hp, that is not an bad thing either.
You need to use atleast 2x sheild boost ampliers, or else the negative effect is to strong from the Cap relay. Also the 25% cap relay works absolute wonders for you tank!
If people just would try to fit 1x SB 2x amp and 3-4x cap relay's, they would never go back lol.
