to me gehi looks as a nice place to sell ur minerals as it gives good $$ and its not that much jumps far from good mining systems.

Gehi has to be one of the best if not THE best location in EVE.
1. Minimal pirate activity in the general area (Khanid).
2. Last station before a trip into 0.0 space where a lot of nice stuff drops (HMBLs, heat sinks, etc).
3. Great place to buy ores of all types, mostly as a result of people melting bad NPC drops and mining.
4. Great place to sell ores (see 3).

i wonder, if we get player stations, could you have the station pay for itself with office rentals if you put it inside jk-fix?
