my freind is saying im an idiot that i dont know about the game he says that no one has ever owned a Titan throughout the time this game he existed

Dnt think any have actually been completed yet because they need the starship array thing at a pos which isnt out or something, affects the large carrier also.

No Player has owned a Titan so far...
But there have been Titans in the game since beta, best example ws the one the serpentis stole for the federation almost a year ago. Then you have the ones that popped up from time to time on the test server flown by TomB and the rest of the Dev team.. so in a way your friend is wrong... Titans have been owned by people in the game, but not by the players.

tell your friend he is an idiot for saying people are idiots. Nobody is an idiot here in eve, there are only people who don't know things _yet_. You are smart, you came to the right place for info.
As to answer the question: No player has ever flown a titan. Only devs or perhaps people from the event-team.
