SO here I am, away from the game for a while, reading up on all the cool stuff ive missed.
Eagerly waiting for my next chance to log in so i can check out command ships and interdictors.
I mostly fly Caldari, and Im wondering if the Nighthawk is a better investment than the Cerberus
Also theres been alot of discussion about the Flycatcher, saying its a piece of crap because of its sig radius??
SO the neverending question is: Are any of the new ships viable for soloing lvl 4 missions? 
I realize that its probably a definate NO for the flycatcher, but im thinking i can blast through lvl3s in that one

don't go for the flycatcher (very narrow usage, likely to die)
nighthawk is a hunk of junk atm (broken bonus makes it WORSE for killing frigs), but when its fixed, it would probably be a slightly better PvE ship than the cerb. not a patch on the other field commands though
cerb is really your best bet atm
sigs of the 23/24/25 hijack just as well -eris

interdictors are usless for pve. AFs are better for that.
Interdictors are PVP no ands, ifs, or buts about it.

I have a flycatcher Natasha. its thin skinned and more than 5 or 6 frigates will make it go boom

The sig radius is a problem with all Interdictors, not just the Flycatcher. They are about as fragile as T1 Destroyers really, but cost much much more.
