For people who can actually be rational about such things, this shouldn't be considered an alliance so much as a neutrality agreement. Both sides have come to the conclusion that's there's no reasonable way to prevent the other from destroying their stuff if they really want to, and that such an attempt would cost both sides tons of isk. Instead, by supporting each other's POCO attempts, we can both make isk, and **** off everyone else at the same time - two things both Goons and RvB really, really like.

Because Goons. There is a subset of the playerbase who are more or less incapable of discerning "Other people who are playing a game in a manner that conflicts with the way I am playing" from "Great Satan".

Since Goons = Great Satan, anything they do is bad, and oppresses non-Goons.

I really don't see the point why some people are so mad. I was expecting 30, 50 or even 100% tax rates around the trade hubs, but instead there is 15 or max 20% that can be lowered with 5% if you have the skills. So a 10% tax rate vs 17% that was before it's a blessing, people should be happy.

Also, I can't understand why people are mad at RvB. These guys are one of the best alliance in the game, it's always a joy to see them fighting in Poinen and creating fun events and content. Taking over these CO's helps them to fund their content creation which is not cheap at all. So give them a break and enjoy the new tax rates which are really decent.

You know, funny is that our best BNI pilots were recruited by the goons. And it hurts! Not because we lost a dread pilot or whatever, fuk it.. but because we lost some very good friends.
