Easy. Here is a great article on the technology of Video Camcorders. How a Camcorder works.
If you still remain confused on how someone can video tape someone else, perhaps consider reviewing the mechanics used to operate the camcorder? The human hand.

Awesome actor, except for the heavy breath parts which were obviously faked. Would be hilarious if someone walked in on him while he was filming it.
If this, against all likelyhood, is real... well, then that's freaking scary.

then "he escapes" and the guy uhm goes mad again , collapses ..

He did not specify if he was in the same house let alone same country. Perhaps this confuses you?
