Hello!
Was talking with few friends and people of eve! Wondering if this would even be a interesting idea or not! Your able to fit your Heavy Interdiction Cruisers with e-war effect which are projecting e-war (web, target painting, de-cloaker?, not able to lock targets in the bubble in which you have to pass tho it to kill anyone in side it! etc etc) |

Sweet, lets make one of the tankiest sub capital classes in the game get ewar bonuses to make them even more difficult to kill and automatically make all ewar ships in the game obsolete. |
