I scanned thru 6 pages of posts and didn't see this issue.
At least once per play session at an undetermined point in time I get a blue screen of death with an "IRQ less than or equal to" message and a memory dump. When it happens sound starts doing a "click, click, click" noise. I have to power off the system, restart and I'm good to go again.
I'm new to Eve and don't know if it is or was a common problem, a year plus of WoW didn't yield anything similar.
System:
ASUS MB w/Intel Chipset Intel P4 3.2GHz 1GB Ram Nvidia 256MB 6800GT Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Belkin MIMO wireless NiC Standard ATA HD's (WD & Maxtor)

sounds like you might have conflicting hardware! I had the exact same problem...used to do it for everything. I found out that some of my hardware in my machine was using the same IRQ address but windows wasnt saying conflict detected..so i just turned of the crap i wasnt using to resvole it.

I had similiar with same BSOD message, problem was with my memory try running memtest86, if you have errors then go to your bios and try to correct memory latency and frequency.

Lets asume its an IRQ problem, then a good start is to dig up your asus motherboard manual and see what PCI slot shares its IRQ with an other onboard device.
There should be a list in the manual that shows what PCI/AGP device is linked to what onboard device and shares there IRQ with.
Find a slot that isn't shared with an onboard device that is also active at that time when you play eve-online.
Hope this helps,

Is this Shaitan from PRG on WOW???
Anyway.. I've seen that error a few times and most of the time it is due to a bad hardware driver. Have you recently upgraded your vid or nic driver? Suggestion is to make sure you are using a WHQL certified driver for all devices. I also read that USB devices connected while running games can cause it and even some antivirus programs...
