its working for me right now. I can see and enter all parts of the account details there.

Hi there again
Ok, my mate has emptied the dns cache, adn retried, still no joy. He thinks it could be a problem between us and the secure site?
If so, can my mate put his trial char on a long skill that finish's after 2morrow(when his trial expires)and then try again later on in the week, as i reckon the secure site will prob be down for the day due to the new cluster

i have the same problem, can reset my password atm.
but guess they are busy getting ready for the server swap, so i will try it again after the big upgrade.

I am trying to reactivate my second account and when I go to use a credit card all that comes up is the word "false"

Can't reactivate my alt acct.
Simply put my card I used to pay it has been deactivated due to someone using it at an atm illegally.
and it didn't renew. So here I am skill finished on that acct, and cant reactivate. This is bloody annoying.
Heck I need to change the card my other 2 accts charge from before they also deactivate. I can't do that either.

Same here, I want to upgrade my account from trial, and I'm also getting "Comm_Error".
