Nobody expects the Inquisition!
The time has come for all true Amarrians to show their true allegiancies. The call has been put out to you brothers and sisters. You must either heed the call to follow the one true God or declare yourselves slaves to the Minmatarri dogs who raid our beloved Empire on a nightly basis. The time has come to act. The time has come to fight. The time has come to regain our lost lands and slaves. The time is NOW.
Join us brothers and sisters, join us. Recruitment will begin after Dowtime. I urge those of you who feel strongly to the Amarr cause to join our ranks. Let us defeat these dogs or die in the process.

Being of the holy Amarr myself, I find that I am torn between two...cultures as it were. I find the fact the Mins, are going about thier 'freedom' in terrible ways, yet pity them and understand why.
Perhaps it is the Amatarr with thier strong ties to us Amarr still and the Khalanid Kingdom with the beautiful blending of Caldari and Amarr cultures combined, but I find that taking either side of this debate is futile and worthless. Mins are evil to myself for wanting to eradicate my homeworlds and everything Amarr, and Amarr are equally so by still clinging to slavery. I am but one lone ship's captain, my crew former slaves whom have remained with me, since they find thier brethrens ideals as absurd as slavery was. I can not change the Empire, nor can I repel the Mins.
Instead, of trying to decide, I will pledge my alligence to those who can only embrace understanding and adaptation. I still find most Mins, and Gall's offensive, but so far I have yet to see either side of this dispute worthy of being the holy and divine that we all should strive to be. No. I will not answer this call, nor will I go against it. Perhaps when all is said and done, something concrete can be put into action that does not involve jihad.
To all of you fostering the Amarr cause, I salute you, but hope you can see that removing slavery does not mean the death of our race and culture. Indeed I find it to be a revalation that we can grow closer to the divine. To those of you who are fighting the glorious Empire, although I can not salute you as well, I hope that you will find that having something is not as desirable as wanting something. I do hope one day the Empire can abolish slavery and still retain it's glory and divine status.....take heed that not all of a race thinks alike when you fight.

Well, the debate about this inquisition has been long and hard, and whilst I like things long and hard, I fear it has been in vain. Might I remind you all of Concord directive #27146 subsection G clause 4 (relating to misguided acts of religious mania), to wit: Quote:

As you know we in PIE Inc (and the First Praetorian Guard who came before us) have long fought those Minmatar that seek to dictate to us and pollute the Holy Empire with their uncouth ways. We are also an Amarr only Corporation and indeed only fly Amarrian ships.
Foremost among the Minmatar terrorists are Oracle Corp who regularly interrupt Amarrian traders during the course of their legitimate business - forcing them at gunpoint to jettison their slaves into space - a so called 'liberation'.
We at PIE Inc. have put our ships on the line and bloodied these enemies of Amarr. Indeed we have shed our own blood for the dream of an Amarr pure of such pestilence.
Your Inquisition sounds righteous and noble but we long to know when your ships will join us on the battlefield in concerted effort to punish these foul 'freedom fighters'.
You yourself have called for Amarr to unite and such a call is worthy. The Minmatar breed like rabbits (as slaves tend to do) and we often find ourselves outnumbered on the battlefield.
We win victories but if we are not to lose the war more brave Amarrians need to be willing to fight and maybe die for the Emperor, the empire, our religion and our traditions!

This is glad tidings for Amarr!
Surely the Minmatar terrorists that are Oracle Corp will quake at the sound of our approaching fleets.
Can I make two suggestions. The 'Amarr' channel on 'Galnet' is the home of many like minded Amarr loyalists - it could be useful for coordination if yourself and Annoing could spend time there. [Edit: Be aware this is not a secure channel for the purposes of discussing detailed plans however it is useful as a meeting point and to discuss general Amarrian issues].
Secondly, a word of advice which I am sure you probably already know - so I apolgise in advance if I sound patronising...
You need to be very selective and careful in your recruiting. Many unscrupulous Minmatar have duped misguided and heretical Amarr to provide information on the activities of loyal Amarr. If possible this 'fifth column' will attempt to gain access to your corporation and therefore your plans for thwarting the Minmatar. This is why I advise caution. That said there are many loyal Amarr around...it's just a case of sorting the wheat from the chafe.

I don't know what to think about you. On one side i see you try to behave as a good amarrian. So i think i should support you. On the other side i never heard about you as the official representative of Heideran VII or the Amarrian Church. Maybe it is you who is guilty of heresy? Heideran VII was not really acting in the way of the Reclaiming in the past. It's a fact that Heideran VII received and accepted the Aidonis Statue, the symbol of inter-stellar peace and harmony. So i am a little bit surprised if you represent an important role of the empire and Heideran VII ordered the Inquisition!?! Like Hardin said you are welcome on the amarr channel. But i have my doubts about you.

The Blessed Emperor Heideran VII is NOT the originator of the Inquisition. It was Heideran I who instigated the Inquisition. The edict signed by Heideran I dates back many centuries and has never been repealed. Please re-read the history of the Inquisition here for futher infomation. The Faswiban Inquisition is automonous from the central church by this special order. The only person who can completely stop and forbid the Inquisition is the Emperor. And as we CAN act in an automonous manner, he can claim no complicity for our actions. He knows there has to be an office that is uncorrupted by the internal politics of the central church of Amarr. His Most Holy Inquisitor Torquemada has lived for many centuries, and he is ready to, once again, bring the word of God to the masses who have grown slack in their worship.

Annoing, i read your site. I made some quotes in my posting from your site. You are talking now about Heideran VII who wrote Pax Amarria? I still dont have no history book where those Emperors were mentioned. I dont believe you write your own history so please show me some of your sources. I am very interested in the real history af Amarr.
edit: a report from Sister Wheya says you are a fellow-believer. Your declaration of war on Oracle says a lot, too. I hope we will meet one day and talk about the rich history of Amarr.

So Annoing, I see Athule's lapdogs have joined the fray. Interesting, very interesting. I am honored at the attention Oracle has received, for ones greatness can be gauged by the quality of his enemies.
I have read the Amarr scriptures, as well as Amarr history. I have yet to find any official reference to this Inquisition. Odd. Perhaps this is just a means to purge the Amarr Empire of more libral and progressive minded individuals, those that refuse to hold onto such a barbaric idea as slavery. As a humanitarian, I find that distressing.
I have upped the order for ammunition and hurried up the ship production in your honor. Your heraldry has been added to our meeting room, and we await you.

There are many who have dimissed Torquemada's version of the history of the Inquisition, including I might add, some poor Amarrian souls who have lost their way. Some, including yourself hint that the Inquisition is a lie created by the mighty Torquemada as an excuse to wage war upon the lowly free slaves of Minmatar.
