This character is a bit of a jack-of-all trades. See her skills and attributes to judge for yourself. This pilot has great potential for PvP yet can already be self sustaining as a miner. Most of the learning is done for you already. She has no implants and has no faction standing.
Rules:
Starting Bid - 300mil isk.
Bid increments - 25mil isk.
Reserve is starting bid.
Sniper rule - 20 min.
Buyout - 1bil (yes, I know its high, buyouts are supposed to be high). I buyout is taken I will provide a covetor, 3 strip miner 1s, and 3 ice miners.
I pay transfer charge.
Auction runs until 5pm EST (GMT + 5) on Feb. 26, 2006.

I just saw a small mistake here. I EST is GMT-5 not GMT+5
Which means the auction ends at 12:00 Feb 26 eve time not 22:00 eve time :)

I am thinking of ending early, does anyone that bid have a problem with that? I haven't made up my mind yet....but maybe 5 hours earlier (so I will be able to make a quicker transfer of the character). This change is not official yet, just seeing what people think.
