It turns every single system into a playground. 0.0 wars are cool but why allow people to run to the safety of empire when you can have fun everywhere Maybe, but my experience of every empire war we have ever had (other than the one from G/IRON) was that they consist of nothing more than ganks of agent runners and haulers, hostiles continously docking/undocking/rinse & repeat in Esa and the use of countless noob corp spies which removes almost any risk of getting into a risky fight unless you are one of those aforesaid agent runners/afk haulers. Still, I hope this one goes differently, I have heard good things about many ROA pilots. .

ROA dont do n00b spies and we dont do alliance spies either.
