Wanting to fly a support ship without dishing out mega-millions on an Oner, I decided to try the Exequror for just multi-million. But after trying this out yesterday I found that this ship can not support extended remote armor repairing, I ran out of cap running just 2 of the 4 possible repairers.
Hi: 3 Remote Armor Repair I 1 Small 'Knave' NOS Mid: 2 x Cap Rechargers 2 x Target Disruptors Lo: Med Armor Rep II Energized Nano 2 x Cap Relays
I have 4/5 in all directly related skills...

Agree: I did this
High: 2 named remote reppers + 2 small guns Med: 1 med cap injector (800 charges), 2 Painters, Cap recharger Lo: Same as you A mix of armour and shield repper drones to boot.
Got an idea I wanna set is to drop a gun for a cloak.

This is my favorite Exequror setup:
high slots: empty Mid slots : MWD, Cap Battery, Cap Recharger Low Slots : 4x Nanofiber
Now go pick up loot!
but make sure you zoom way out, what a fugly ship.

wtb 4 low slot Exeq! (btw add a few tractor beams for faster looting)
ok, back on topic, try switching the tracking disruptors for cap rechargers/cap batterys it has very low cap, so you'll never run all 3(but you can run 2 forever with good skills), but your still fragile or you can drop the disruptors for cap recharger / cap battery, the cpr for a plate and swap the med rep to a small(or just risk none and keep the cpr), but you'll run out of cap in about a minute(about 2min with the cpr and no self rep) of course add some logistics drones and it becomes less of an issue ----------- /wtb Eris in a cage  Sorry, she's not for sale. I use this ship for transporting loot 20+ jumps out from 0.0 to empire.
high slots empty or 150mm/125mm rails (usually loot I am going to sell)
Mids 10mn MWD, 3 large sheild extenders (usually loot also)
lows 3 WCS
With cruiser at lvl 4 you get about 840 m3 for loot and 6,000 plus sheilds to absord fire if you happen to run into a camp.

i set mine up as so:
4x med rem. armor rep 1x 10mn ab 3x cap rechargers 1x sm. t2 armor rep rest cap relays drones
you do get pretty mad cap recharge. i figured i could repair about 1100 armor in 7 seconds or so, fairly substantial. and recharge time i could go again in about 100 seconds or so.
I haven't had a chance to use it however. a cap booster might be the way to go in one of the mids.

my alt is in an exeq now, 2 named medium remote armor reps, 1 named small remote armor rep, 1 tractor beam.
1 remote sensor booster, 1 large cap battery.
EVERYTHING else is cap rechargers and cap power relays.
3 medium armor rep drones, 2 light armor rep drones.
from my math like 65 armor hp per second recovery, indefinitely. with possibility for running the second medium rep for a few cycles (then able to continue running 1 of them for a few more cycles before recovering enough (hovers at about half cap with 1 medium rep and the sensor booster) to run the second again a few times.
haven't *ACTUALLY* got to test the rep drones yet... just recently finished training those on that alt.

My Current setup for agent missions.
High: 3x Beams 1x Med 'Solace' Remote Rep Med: 1x AB (Aren't that important!) 1x Large Peroxide Battery 1x Med Peroxide Battery 1x Cap Recharger Low: 3x Cap Relays
Keep at Range XXkm, leave the remote running and go play your main =p Max Cap 17xx / Recharges in 109 sec, only have 600k SP total. This setup can be used by a 1-2 weeks old toon. Only have Gal Cruiser level 1 =D
Could imagine that you can have 2 med remote running forever, if you switch both batteries for T2 Med Batteries and train Gal Cruiser to level 4.

Er ok, strange setup here, not recommending this to anyone, just posting for laughs really 
I have found myself using an Execuror for courier missions to raise standings with an NPC corp so I can do research with them, and along comes a storyline combat mission series. Having only very limited access to modules where I am I've fitted out as follows:
High: 2 x Med Nosferatu, 2 x Small Tractor Beam 1 Meds: 1 x Med Shield Booster 1, 1 x Thermal Shield Hardener 1, 1 x EM Shield Hardener 1, 1 x Cap Recharger 1 Lows: 3 x Nanofiber 1
Dronebay: 4 x Hammerhead
Got me through a series of 4 level 2 combat missions, just had to be careful with drone agro

Exequror works for remote repping, with 2 medium solace (whatever) remote repairers, and a bay with logistic drones, it's able to repair quite a bit. All this at 31km range or so (not counting drones)
mids: 3 cap rechargers, 1 large battery. lows: I can't remember exactly how many cap relays it needed, but you should be able to fit a repairer, or swap it for a shield booster in mids.
It can sustain 2 medium remote repairers, with drones, repairing the equivalent of a large armor repairer (more or less)

I've had success with the below for soloing lvl 2 missions or supporting a small group of frigs:
highs: 2x small 150mm; 1x med 250mm; 1x named small remote repair unit med: 10mn ab; med cap booster; webber; invulnerability field I low: PDU; DCU; small armor repair unit 8x light scout drones
Allows you to pull a wave of rats from a good distance with the 250mm. Then tank a bit while your frig buddies & drones go to town. The small remote repper does a good job at keeping your frig pals alive as well as your drones.
For lvl 3+ missions where I shouldn't be tanking:
highs: 3x small 150mm; 1x named medium remote repair unit med: 10mn ab; med cap booster; webber; target painter low: PDU; CPR; small armor repair unit 4x light logsitics drones; 4x light scout drones
Heavier emphasis on the armor repair role to support the tank. Secondary emphasis on anti-frig duty with the webber, target painter, webber & 3x 150mm.

Here is a support setup (Remember this ship isnt supposed to take fire, hence why it gives a range bonus so u can stay well out of firing range:
Highs:
3 Medium Remote Repairs 1 Small Remote Repair
Mids:
1 Cap Booster 3 Cap Rechargers ( named is essential)
Lows:
1 PDU II 2 Cap Power Relays ( named)
Drones:
3 Medium Armor Maintenece drones 2 Light Armor Maintenece drones

Meds: 10MN AB (for keeping out of range and faster loot grabbing) Large Capacitor Battery (this really helps) 2x Cap Rechargers (less recharge time)
Lows: 2x Cap Power Relay (less recharge time) 1x Power Diagnostic (if you don't have engineering 5, otherwise, replace with another cap relay).
You can go for repair drones for extra potential, but training takes a long time.
Keep in mind that remote repairers are a huge capacitor drain, so, ideally, have another support cruiser transfer power to you, so you can keep them running, in which case, switch a tractor beam for another remote repairer.

8x warrior 2's in drone bay

This was a very cheap setup and about a days training to get the relevant repair and drone skills, tanked a domi in a lvl4 quite nicely, not sure of the practicality if the targets switched but it was good fun 
4 x small armor repair system Eutectic Cap Recharger 2x Large f4-a Capacitor Charge Units Tracking Link 1 2 x Cap Power Relay Inertial Stabs (for fast warpout )
Drones :
5 x Light Armor Maintenance Drones
This is a passive setup, with my modest skills the cap was indefinate.
