I need your help in tracking down two...
Listen, you! Hey! Hey, I said listen to me!
I need help in tracking down two Gallente drugrunners, Etienne Beauvais and Fou Lavache. They are wanted by CONCORD for smuggling, assault, resisting arrest, vandalism, extortion, public indecency, and a score of other charges best left unsaid. At best, they are a constant annoyance and a drain on law-enforcement personnel, and at worst they are an outright threat to the law-abiding people of EVE.
Let me know if you see either of these people in any system or subspace communications channel. I am working with CONCORD to run a trace down on these two.
And when I finally do catch up with them...
Nevermind. Just let me know if you see them around.

Relax, the only threat they pose is one of annoyance from Etienne's bad accent.
You want to stamp out the drug problem? Go after the buyers. Or are you just another two-bit bounty hunter trying to harrass the last of true free-enterprisers of the galaxy?

i got the ear of a caldari navy survillence agent
she could probably track them down
but really i find concord smuggling laws to be the most no sensical system to ever exist
a concord officer will wave me through a caldari stargate while my industrial is hauling cruise missiles, heavy pulse masers and high-tech small arms
but will use lethal force to stop me from carrying a frigate load of regular small arms
how does that make sense?
whats stopping someone on the other end from just dissassembling the high-tech small arms to make regular small arms
could someone explain this to me?
