Hello everyone,
I have a cool new idea for ya'll to test out.
I am selling 10M isk in an auction. There are some special rules i would like u to respect, so here goes:
- Bidding for my 10M isk will start at 1M isk
- Bidding increments are 100k isk
- Sniper rule of 5 minutes
- Highest bidder will receice the 10M in exchange for the money he made in the bid
- SPECIAL: 2nd Highest bidder will also pay his bid...
Bottom line is: U can make a free couple of millions.. if u play it smart. U can possibly lose something, but that's only if u play it ... eum ... well, not smart 
Let the bidding begin!

Extra feature:
- 2nd highest bidder gets a consolidation prize, for losing his money:
1 special item, valued at 5-7M or more on escrow
I'm not kidding about this stuff, i had money and items in reserve, so i wanted to do something fun with it
just to make things a bit more attractive and fun

this is a nice solution to get easy isk.
The only thing is: as bank :
- when must players pay? after 1 month , 2 months , 3 months, never
- who's is decide who is second?
- when i offer 10 mil for 10 mil do i win? who is then the looser
- when someone bid 10,1mil for 10 mil is the one that bid 10mil the looser .
:P this is a fake.
but a nice way for the bank to see if there are loosers. bank pays nothing : when players dont pay.
