I've got around 32m, had implants for maybe a year or so before I got podded for the first time and lost them. Haven't really bothered since. I've got 20m skillpoints in SC and Gunnery alone though 
Production alt has about 28m

Hax of course.
At launch there were no implants and even the few people that figured out that they should train Learning skills first are now only in the 40-50m sp bracket.
There was a exploit a couple months after launch (fixed long time ago) where you could increase your skill points at the fitting screen. Some people exploited this until it was fixed a few weeks later. I dont see how any one person can have 55m to 60m sp without having done that.

Gunstar Zero

Dedicated to Caldari small / medium ships
Battleship alt.
41 mill sp
Dedicated to Caldari battleships
Carebear alt
27 mill sp
all in science / indutustry / exhumers + other crap
Was in from the 3rd / 4th weeks of retail iirc.

Hmm I wonder if the vast majority of my killmails are against peeps with higher SPs or peeps with lower SPs... will check ingame...

Wow this thread went off topic, and most of the posts don't even belong in this forum... but I'll chime in 'cause I'm bored.
I find it interesting to calculate skillpoint to see the per hour, day, and month values.
For example, on average I would say you should be getting AT LEAST 1 million skillpoints per month. With implants and some learning skills you can push that above 1m/m to maybe +1.2m, like someone I know who has 3.5m in learning and usually +2 or higher implants.

I have managed 38m skillpoints so far with a cripplingly high charisma attribute.
Think I put 4/5 starting attributes into charisma when I started thinking it was cool.
My 6-month later second account is catching me up though :(

Last time i was in a pub with my corpmates a few days ago...
we made some calculations. if a character was born when eve started and he had maxed learning skills from day one. used +3 implants from the day they came in. had maxed advanced learning skills instantly as they came in to the game. and that character would have only trained skills witch hes attributes were ment for. well he could have a slight less than 53 million skillpoints.
so our (one of my corpmates) theory is somebody got extra skillpoints. like for piloting a mothership or something.
or maybe we should just drink less beer and dont try to do math while being drunk.

wasn't there a patch where the server got messed up and they ended up finishing whatever skill you had going? Having the right skill training then could account for a good chunk.

I'll think you'll find I haven't, not for Blacklight at least, I merely discussed two of my alts who have been articles of neglect since creation.
Blacklight has "enough" skill points.

It was probably one of the people who stuck their ship on autopilot and did a gajillion jumps whilst AFK with certain module types fitted. There was a time when you trained skills slowly simply by having stuff on your ship.

i rember one day haveing hull upgardes 4 and half with only haveing trained the first lvl so i coud fit cargo expanders :d

Actually, it isn't Caymus. He said so himself in the approrpiate thread in the skills forum (RMR skill check, go to the last page).
