Anybody do these with agents? If so are they worth the time for profit.

I did them for a long time. You can go afk for them and not worry too much, while doing them, skills aren't as important either, so if he's got enough standings a month old character can start doing level III courier missions with just about a day's worth of training. The real benefit is that you can do alot of them reasonably quickly.
Getting good at kill missions on the other hand is much more profitable. There's alot of loot, sometimes very good loot, bounties in alot of cases, and the lps rewards are usually worth alot.

It's a lot easier to make money with them, generally you only need two ships - a fast frig for the small ones and a nice big hauler for the big ones. Don't do them whilst your corp/alliance is at war (obvious I'd have thought, but I know people who have done so and have lost valuable haulers /and/ a ****load of standings with the agent by losing the cargo whilst getting blown up) and don't AFK if you have to go through low-sec.
Plus you can jump into l3 missions right off the bat if your standings are good enough, which make between 500k-2mill a go, depending on the mission.

What's a level III courier mission like? Just have to haul more garbage around, or is it haul garbage through more dangerous space?
I've done level II courier missions and they seem exactly like the level I missions.
