Is it possible to run two accounts on the same PC at the same time. I dont mean Alt Characters which is impossible I know. I mean two seperate accounts.

Umm, it's probably POSSIBLE with two seperate paid accounts, but you would need to do some serious tweaking and a $6,000 PC to make it playable.
Two PCs and two accounts, sure - but two copies of EVE running on one PC? Even if it were possible in theory you're looking at a serious technological hurdle.

erm i do it quite often - the net connection is by far the most important factor to reduce lag.
It is more laggy, best for mining/hauling PvP is almost out of the question as is dangerous NPC pirate hunts at times.

You should be able to manage to account simultaneously on a reasonable specced PC.
Having a dual-head graphics card (e.g. most NVidia cards) with two monitors helps - you can run one copy of the game on each monitor. Don't even need to install the game twice - just copy your /EVE/ directory to another place e.g. /EVE2/. Make sure you delete the contents of the /cache/ directory and double click on eve.exe to run your second copy.
Easy!
Probably most useful for a mining character and a hauling character.
Don't use it for combat. Even if your PC is fast enough to give you a decent framerate, you won't be able to click fast enough for proper combat against another player.
As an alternative, for someone to help you haul ore, hunt and fight, you should consider joining a corp. <shamless plug>Everlasting Vendetta is really cool for example</shameless plug>

its possible, but both your accounts will lag alot and its no advised when in combat.

I can currently run 3 accounts simultaneously on one 3GHz PC and 2 accounts on a second PC (1.3 GHz) and still get reasonable frame rate for mining ops (I wouldn't do it for combat). You do not have to install multiple copies of Eve, just keep starting the program from the desktop for the number of instances you want.

Im using two accounts too sometimes.. its working fine... problem is sometimes the sessions just crash and sometimes I just cant open a new session for some time... after a few seconds or minutes I can open a new one again without having done anything... no clue why.. anyone got an idea?

3 on one comp.. 2 on other. You have 5 accounts?!
I have 2 accounts, don't work to well on 1 computer, thats why I have multiple computers as well :)

i think ill have to train gallente industrial,
while im at the munich beerfest for a week getting seriously ****ed.
10000 people in an aircraft hanger sized tent and thats only 1 tent there are another 20 or so.
so the moral of the story is drink beer and train a big skill!
