 I have been leveling skills for last 3 evenings.
I have levelled one skill to rank 3 that took 10 hours and 2 to rank to that took 1.45hr each.
I have witnessed the skills complete.
I have logged on now to find the skills back to rank 1????
I am a new player who is getting fed up already can anyone offer assistance.

Yes.
I have sent two petitions in so far, for each of the two previous occasions, I dont whether to bother for a 3rd time.

It could be just a cosmetic error.. Like with attributes. Sometimes it says one thing but is actually higher. Try checking that and then if that is not the case then do a third petition.

Sorry to hear that. Never heard of that one. Mine always show correctly. Give you a hint though: If it is taking that long to get them up, go get your 5 learning skills to lvl 3 or so. Will pay off as you go in reduced training time..

Heh,
Try having 1 skill point and ZERO skills one minute and the next after relog, everything is back to normal.
Now, try using those skills to see if they are trained. It could be just a small glitch where in reality you do have the skill and it's not just showing it right...
