I've developed a small program that I found useful, so I thought that maybe other people would find it useful too.
EVE CC - Combat Consequences is a small program I wrote for EVE. I decided on going down the PvP road of EVE, and I soon got confused on the rules of combat.
As a result, this program was born. It basically can tell a user the consequences of combat in various different circumstances.
This program also has a cool little feature for working with security standings. It will tell a player how many ships and pods they can destroy until hitting outlaw or -10 status.
I've also noticed while reading the New Players forum that a lot of the topics are about combat and what a player can do where. Hopefully this program will help players to better understand the consequences of combat.

Attacking a -5 person in >0.5 gives a sec hit? I didn't know that, but your program says it does...

Depends if they're -5.003 showing as -5, or -4.997 showing as -5. Attacking the latter will give you a sec hit (and a concord splatter).
