Bigger emphasis on Invention skills.
T1/T2 Production skills are a bonus
T3 Production/Invention/Reverse Engineering skills extra bonus.
I don't really care about other skills, Looking to spend about 3 Billion for basic invention skills, more for the bonus skills.

She's got a good base for invention and production. Doesn't have all the skills I was hoping for, but I think she's close enough.
Character Appraiser puts her at 2.6 Billion, I'll offer 2.75 Billion. |

I know it doesn't seem much and she does still need training, but she does have 4.75 mil SP unallocated which can be spent whichever way you want it. |
