Kinda makes a mockery of it really. Trade or escrow one unit of trit for 2K isk to all 3 characters on a trial account since they will all start life in the same station if they have the same starting selections. Kill the 3 characters and wait for the empty slots so you can create another 3. Create another trial account, rinse and repeat for as many trial accounts as you can create.
The only way they can get around it is to randomise the stations that the characters spawn in and/or prevent any transfer of isk or trade/escrow to or from trial characters. If an isk farmer has to move a character 30 or more jumps to meet up and trade, it makes it harder to do things quickly. In the time it would take to move the character that far, they could have mined more than 2K isk anyway.

If you can't earn 6000 ISK in 10 hours other than by this method, then by all means use it. CCP won't ban you*, they'll just shake their heads in sorrow.
Transfers from trial accounts were stopped because they were being used to launder farmed/macroed ISK through. How effective the measure has been is a debate for another time.
* The above does not in any way preclude CCP actually banning you. Or me, it's their game. Please don't hurt me Mr. GM.

i was also wondering if you can transfer items from one player to another on the same account? i have a full subscription now, not trial. thanks for any info!

You use Escrow, and yes.
