What crap battleship loot melts down into a lot of minerals? I find that large guns and armor platings make for a decent haul. Any tips?

I just got finished melting down all the crap I have collected for about a month doing missions (lvl 3 and 4). The largest amounts of minerals I got were for the guns, but I got small amounts of rare minerals from alot of other mods. I would suggest collecting everything that drops.
The worst things that I refined were rocket launchers, cargo scanners, and survey scanners.

and of course alloys and compounds.

Anyhing except Minmatar items. They are primarily bubblegum and bailing wire. However if you need a nice trash collection they do work well for that.
