6 months ago, when i still was a big noob, i got killed by a pirat  anyway...right then i though "what the hell...I'll get my revenge...sometime !".
Would be a nice long term goal.
And now i think im ready and dying isent a problem to, so its mostly for fun 
Right now I'm about 40+ jumps or so from where the kill happend 6 months ago. And i have no idea where the person may be.
So im wondering, how can i track this person up again? I know she still plays, since i have her on my contacts list.
Do i go about asking people around the systems where the kill happend? Could i ask where her corp(is she has one) has a HQ, or maybe just ask any of their members(since they dont know my true intentions?)
And whats with these agents that say they can help you find someone? does the person have to be logged on for the agent to find her?
ANre there any other means of tracking?

Use a search agent, then u find the gamer.

Use locator agent, or give me the name, after dt I will look her up and tell you where she is.

Yes some agents has a look for function.

Well, agents that you do missions for can (not all of them) find people for you. You press the "I need to find someone" button, usualy under the "I need something to do" (to get a mission) button. You type in the word, after like 10min something you get their location.

Locator agent is in game, some of te mission again offer this for a small price(isk)

Surveillance agents are search agents.
