Do I have to get high corpstanding to each R&D-corp (ishukone, lai dai and the third caldari for me), or is it enough to just get high faction standing by doing killmissions for Caldari State and that way get higher standing to each of the above corps or do I have to do missions for each corp to use R&D?

You only need to get an agent from one corp if you want. You don't *need* agents from all 10 or whatever.
You're limited by number of agents, so there's really no reason to go for multiple corps--too much of a hassle anyways.

Well, one of my main goals in Eve is to have six of the highest R&D-agents I can. And they should be spread evenly on the three Caldari R&D-corps (the top two on all three). So back to my question; do I have to gain standing individually to each corp or is it enough to just get faction standing high and that way get high corp standing.

You're going to need corp standing, IIRC.

you need both. agent info says it all. the ability to read is a clear advantage. "you need xx effective corp standing additional to a xx faction or corpstanding."
for a top lvl 4 its about 4,6 personal and 6.6 fraction standing. if you want it for all r+d companys you going to be busy the next weeks, better month. :-)
so you can make kill missions for caldari state till you have fraction standing and than you still ahve to do missions for the r+d corp, you just dont have to start with a lvl 1 agent.

Yeah I just finished limping a cruddy level III agent out in The Forge for Core Complexion so I could get to 4.85 and switch to a manufacturing agent in Arlek, a lot closer to home. On consolation prize is that the Tuuriainas agent just rolled into 15k lp at the time the corp standing got to 4.85, so I'll get a book for my trouble.
R&D Corp agents have a pesky habit of being in low sec.
The top R&D agents at Core Complexion require 6.6 corp standing or so.
