I often scan the sell forums and I have noticed over the last few weeks the demand for characters increasing and the price for them also increasing, with many bering taken for buyout almost as soon as they hit the forum.
With more experienced characters this may partially reflect the fact that many skillbooks, like Adv Ship Command etc, are very expensive. However, even a 2m isk basic industrial alt you could be 300-400m isk for.
It therefore seems clear the old standard of 1m SP = 100m isk is a bit outdated and it should be increased.
Does 1m SP = 150m isk sound like a reasonable baseline sale price? |

it`s just a guide, not a rule 
if the char is specialized in some area with expensive skills, u aim higher and ppl will bid higher
if it`s a mess, it`s low

yep characters seem to have increased in price.
that is ofcourse because the average SP of the average char on the forums has increased.
and a near top of the line 40mil specilised pvp char will ofcourse be a lot more than the guide of 100-150mils per 1mil sp.

it's because haulers and such are alot more rare than pvp char. some pvp chars can still net 100m/m while some rare types can get 300m+/m.

the so called "base prices" were an average over time. That "base price" has long since gone up, nobody has recently bothered to recalculate it however since there isn't a whole lot of market data.
