So I made a couple of screenshots while finishing off an agent mission to Uphene to show off at work to a couple people interested in playing EVE, I thought I'd pass them along to you guys to peruse. I don't normally play at this resolution of course, but they make for nice screenies :)

The card doesnt produce anything visually superior, it only boosts the frames per second, which in eve is limited more by memory and cpu speed, so as the cards are the same architecture its going to look no different.

Actually the 9800s have newer versions of smartshader, smoothvision and hyper z so infact you do get slightly improved visuals.

Heh, thanks to those of you who're being supportive. So far these snaps have got two people headed to pick the game up, wahaha. :) I should get some kind of referral commission. Hey CCP, how about a free month of game time for each person I've recruited? Lets see, this brings the total up to around eight :D

Flamewars and general trolling isn't allowed, this thread has been cleaned up. Please keep it nice in the future.
Ok, to explain this, when some of the posts were removed, some posts replying or related to those posts also goes away, for obvious reasons. If you recieved a warning, you broke the rules, otherwise they were taken away for the reason i stated above.
