Hi all!
I got a link from the breeder from whom I bought my own puppy. I clicked the link and it goes to a page where they have pictures and text detailing how over a hundred dogs were mistreated, let to starve and freeze to death. The scumbag who is responsible lives by a vineyard in Hungary and is wanted by the police.
For those of you who care I give you the link to the page (in hungarian as well as english) so you can see for yourself and also so you can sign the online petition against the vile treatment of the dogs.

Great...I can't link it. The ******* filter puts ******* where it should be m engele (obviously without the space between "m" and the rest of the name). I know I just broke a forum rule but I don't know how to link it otherwise. And if it leads to just a handful of more signatures I'll gladly take a mod spanking.

The main body of the text in hungarian only but you can still sign it. I signed it three days ago and was number 2300 something to do so. Today it has over 4000 signatures.
When you sign it "cim" means adress and "foglalkozßs" means occupation.
I can honestly say that the video (only in hungarian but still worth to watch) made me sick and I wasn't far away from crying.

It has been ruining my days since I saw it several days ago to. The harm to the dogs has already been done but every new name on the petiton list helps to put the scumbag behind bars and to show that such vile treatment of animals is not acceptable.

Also disturbing: A documentary on german tv on cat fur dealers in china, who put 20+ cats into a huge plastic bag and throw them into a big tub of boiling water to cook them alive. Its easier and faster for the dealers to kill the cats like this, and it is easier to remove the fur after that procedure.
The poor animals were crying so horribly during that procedure, made me sad for a whole week.
Petition against another brutal animal torturer signed.

HBO did a documentary about a guy in the US who ran a kennel and sold dogs for medical research. A man working for the government managed to get a job at the kennel and wore a hidden camera to work every day. Some of things they showed were just horrible. The guy who ran it was a minister too. He's in prison now thankfully.
The Documentary was called Dealing Dogs
