Yes i will pay for the transfer fee. His sec status is -1.1.
I will only pay transfer fee is the character is going to sell more than 600mil.
His has a lvl 1 agent in kisogo, thats about it, I cannot be arsed to manage too many accounts hence selling this.

How does no one know the forum rules?
CCP's char trade rules state SELLER MUST PAY TRANSFER FEE.
That's not negotiable.
Either conform to the rules, or put it in the biomass heap.
