Well I am thinkin go getting a crow to maybe go pirate.
So far I got this.
3 Arab Rockets (SHould I go tech 2 rocket launchers or not? And what rocket ammo do I use?)
1 Knave NOS
MED:
MWD 7.5k Scramb Webber
Low:
3 BCU or maybe 2 BCU and 1 Named Inertia Stabilizers( is this smart or do I use 3 BCU? Or something Else)
Probably going to be after miners and small Npcing player ships.
Or damage stuff.
By the way my Friend who I will probably be duoing with is in a Caracal with Heavy launchers.

Also with this setup do I usually Hit and run so I can stay out of there webbing range right?

if you're staying out of web range the scram with 7.5km range and the nos with 5.5km range are kinda uselss. also, nanofibres are almost always preferable to inertia stabilisers.
if you're gonna go with a rocket crow then you may want to think about some kind of tank.

Hmm any other Ideas besides tanking. Im going to be picking on miners lower stuff that cant hit fast moving targets. I dont really know wut Im talking about. But any other suggestions

If u wanna stay out of webbing range (i.e 10km) dont fit stuff that needs you to stay in webbing range( i.e rockets, 7.5 km scrambler, webber, nos).
Fit std missile, mwd, 20km scram, cap battery, bcu and cap relay.
Orbit at 15, scramble and shoot. Simple

First of All train ur rocket skills and missile alos get inty skill to lv4
Then there is only one setup i beleive
3x t2 rockets
1xMWD 1x scrab 1xweb
1xBCU 1xcap 1xnano
or 2xBCU if have the skills
u can switch the lows for 2x MAC 1x400plate rolled tung.
With good skills u can spamm with rockets from up to 15k and have a rof <1.70

PVP setup
high
3x T2 rockets (thorn rocket)
1x e5 prototype energy vampire or light neutron blaster
mid
1x T2 small shield booster (if can't fit t2 Small C5-L Emergency Shield Overload)
1x x5 prototype I engine enervator
1x j5b phased prototype warp inhibitor i
low
1x T2 ballistic control system
2x T2 power diagnostic system ( if you go for the blaster only one will fit so put capacitor power relay on)
if it is speed you like take off a web or warp jammer what one you can live with out and put on T2 AB or for that Ferrari speed T2 MWD but
note: pack a lot of rockets this thing will go though over 120 rockets a minute

?? no MWD on an inty WTF u get pwned Inty's are Tacklers not tankers not dmg dealers wtf can tackl if u cant run.
2)U need bot scrab and web. Web is a life saver for inty's its almost as importand as MWD so no take the shield booster out and fit an MWD not AB
