[1] Bountied players often want the bounty. It's a status symbol. It says "They've put 10 millino isk on my head, and I'm still alive." The cost of a clone is low enough where even if you had 15million skill points you can get them insured for pennys on the point. The only thing keeping the bounties on pirate's heads is that they want them there. |
