Wasn't there an option to download the EVE client via a torrent? I can't seem to find it but I thought I saw one when I started playing.

they got a faster fileserver server that had more than enough bandwidth than most torrents could provide. When we were downloading RMR I was getting it at 4MB/s..

yeah, no need for a torrent imo. if you need it because you are on dialup, just use a download manager instead.

Or you could swim to Iceland and ask Oveur for a copy in person. This might be quicker.

I dunno why you want this. I get 500-700kb/s directly from eve-online.com. My average overall is around 800kb/s as seen here:

Eve files is SLLLOOOOOOWWWWWWWW like 40-55kb/s on average. It's horrible. I often skip downloading videos simply because they are hosted there.

I get full speed, and even more, from Eve-Files
