According to backstory the Tash-Murkon, who are Udorians not pure amarr, were the first non-pure blood family to become one of the five royal heirs using their money to place them in such a poistion to be selected. They came to power after Khanid II grabbed one of Amarrs two titans at the time and ran off with it. For the Tash-Murkon to be the first non-pureblood house would make the Khanid themselves a pure blood family.
But with the new bloodlines comming in the Khanid are marked as a Asian bloodline, not the pure amarrians by story they should be.
So ultimatly my question here is this, are we going to receive some explanation for this or is it going become yet another story hole to be smuged away for the sake of producing new content? In that vein, wouldn't it have been better to have made the Udorians the new Amarr bloodline as they are actually part of the empire and not a seperate empire?

Edited by: Minikrimi Extreme on 08/10/2006 10:11:51 From my understanding, the new bloodline are merely those who settled in the areas ruled by the Khanids, and not the Khanids themselves. They are referred to as the Khanids because that is where they live, but they do not rule themselves. I could be wrong in this interpretation, but it makes sense to me. |

info from char creation screen:
Quote:
The name Khanid was given to the Khanid chiefs by the Amarrians. It means "little lord" or "lordling"; an affectionate term given to a cherished friend. The name stuck to the nation as a whole at some point and even after the Khanid domain was granted to one of the great Amarr Holder families, the family adopted the Khanid name as their own, winning the hearts of the Khanid people over in this process.
