Am looking for a corp/alliance that is heavily PvP focussed with competent pilots and FC's who know what they are doing who can turn me into a better PvP'er than i now am.

I'm not sure if you want to stay in FW or not, but here we go... You probably already know QCATS and what we can offer: Mature and laid back corp; No schedulled ops/CTA - all our schedulled fleets are optional We are strongest in US TZ, but we already have a strong EU TZ core that is growing steadly. Solo/small-gang warfare is what we do best We usually fly small stuff - frigs, dessies and the ocasional cruiser - but we do ship up when needed. Our day-to-day ops is basically: log on, get in TS3, join what we call a "Not A Fleet Fleet", undock the ship we feel like losing and go after targets. If we find something we can take care alone, we do it. If it's more than we can handle, we call for backup and go for point (10% rule gets us awesome kills). "Proper" fleets (with a FC) once or twice a week although mostly in US TZ. We have wide-time zone coverage, and are part of the Razor alliance (an 8-year old alliance). We own space in the Tenal region. TGRAD supports a professional, no smacking, no whining, no-BS culture. We have plenty of home grown FCs. Expect frequent ops with many different styles of play from large doctrine fleets, bomber gangs, fast moving roams, etc..
