i was npcing in my pos system when sombody in a mauler or somting warped to me and started scrambling me. i killed him with great ease and double cheked local and there where only 2 people in 1 dude i dont know wich i tough of was the dude i kiled (i did not pod him)and 1 corp member. 2 sec after that a raven was next to me and killed me.
then i warped to pos and boarded my scorpion and flow to stargate now i saw there a pod hangin named shad0w hawk(probitly spelled with a 0 instead of a " o" to anoy gm's and stuf wit tracking him)
so shad0w hawk was the dude i killed and he did not show up on local. the dude in the raven who killed me did show on local: Name: Masta Killa (laid the final blow)
if i knew there was a 2e dude on local in pirate corp i would have ofcourse instantly warped to a safe spot wich i had time enough for ( i had nanofiber fitted and was aligned)

i filled in a petition under exploit asking my ship back and stating that action should be taken against him
EDIT; this dude has his own corp and is ceo of it, he is just profesional using this exploit as some sort of stratagie( also see shad0w hawk spelled with a 0) i think his whole corp is based on it ( 8 members)
can i have confirmation that action will be taken against him.

Known exploit.
The real joke is that people using it just get informed to stop using it. No bans whatsoever.

there is an exploit allowing you to do this, which (according to valar, i haven't checked myself) is corrected on sisi, and will be corrected in blood.
petition, and see how it goes.
are you sure he was hiding himself from local, rather than just using that ebil piratey tactic of logging on/jumping into the system? the GMs should be able to find that out at least

This should get people banned instantly. Anyone with a measurable IQ can tell this is an exploit. Anyone using it should not be given second chances, ever.

yes, but thats a **** message to send tbh. i know how to do it, and i know its an exploit. no-one is two minds about its sploityness, and its impossible (practically) to do accidentally. are you saying i could use it once without recieving a ban? i think that anyone who uses something that is clearly exploitative like this in the full knowledge is an exploit should recieve a weeks ban at least

Same thing happened to a corp mate of mine yesterday. He even has a screenshot posted on our message board. It is just plain said that some players have to cheat to win? Pathetic really.

Unfortunately you can't get that but you could always petition and push for action to be taken against him.
On the bright side, if he uses any other exploit in the future, this will be on his record and he'll not get a second chance that time, I bet.

he can just go with my loot? wich i lost? i know the people i petition to have limited ability's but the real gm's should be able to do this, right?
i dont know how to do this exploit but maybe hippo king can petition how it works and bug-report it telling them to fix it.
remember: dont post how to do this on the forums other people might start using this LAME exploit to

sadly GM's have said its a known bug and using it ISNT classified as an exploit.
I have that sraight from the mouth of god.
It's gonna be fixed tomorrow supposidly.

i still believe to be an exploit, and will not post it here. it was posted once, but remvoed in about 30seconds for being an exploit

It is, by definition, an exploit. Abusing a bug for an advantage is an exploit, despite what that GM said. If you use it, there's a good chance you'll get a smack on the wrist.

Please do not post about potential exploits or bugs on the forums. Instead, file a bug report here. As you've already filed a petition on the matter, you should hear from a GM soon.
Also, no posting of killmails on the forums please as they have a tendency to incite flames.
