Too low im afraid, its a great starter toon with some valuable skills trained and able to use legion with cov ops cloak and cov ops cyno.
Some lovely exploration skills in there for probing, hacking and that stuff, aswell as a good start with the spaceship command. |

Thanks for your opinion. Given the recent skill changes to gunnery, it would not take long to add some guns, or offensive weapons for that matter. As it stands, she is a great little exploration toon with a bag load of potential only a few mill sp away. Take her in any direction you want really. |

There certainly isn't any compelling reason to expect more than the going 300 million isk per million sp which would come out to less than 6 billion...
.... the premium is paid when a character has all of it's points focussed on doing one particular role very well with no sp outside of that goal.
A Discount to the 300isk/1million sp applies when there are skills trained that will not be interesting at all to a potential buyer.
.. if nothing else, you limit the pool of interested buyers.. waiting for the perfect one.
In this instance , you'd need to find someone who wanted both cruisers trained to 5 and wanted the Amarr BS V
BUT one that knew it would be a month before they picked up the basic shield and armor skills to keep them alive beyond your cherry picked (albeit core) skills trained to V without the others even injected or trained to 2 or 3 (good for the OCD buyers I guess)
You don't even have the targetting ecm skills injected and at least trained to IV for the amar and caldari cruiser.. hard to kill something if you're target jammed due to lack of simple care and a few days training.
So, I'd say a discount to around 250 million per 1 million sp is warranted . People would be buying this character to train and that means some discount.. It would not the same sort of heavy discount to 200 milllion per million sp you'd get with a cross industrial/pvp character (always could be that wormhole buyer for that indy/pve/pve character if diverse skills could be said to be focussed on their particular flavor of those activities).
I'd say 4.5 to 5 billion and that I would not say that price was a steep discount. |

You reckon the best option would be to train up some pvp skills? |

I'd say at least get those hardening skills trained.. they're pretty glaring even for PVE...
... don't the rats jam too? I think you'd need the ladar or magnemtic and the other skills trained to 4 for pve or pvp.
I didn't go skill for skill but I know you're missing some other pve skilss.
How to get the maximum price is an artform.. I'm not sure you need to go full bore PvP.. BUT it looks like you were trying to make it a black ops ship....
If not for PvPwhy else cyno V ? (but you're missing the portal skill I think .. right?) The cyno V is worthless for PvE ... and whill the V is only 500k it is 500 of 750 k worthless skills (which equates to 150 million discount right there by normal rules of thumb) . I didn't go skill for skill but that is an example.
BUT if you tried for PvP you might need too much training or misspend others Probably.... find a favored PvE fit or two and at least get the skills maxed for those fits and ancillary ones to at least IV ( certainly get specialization IV and all supporting either gun or missle skills to IV).. and all the shield OR armor skills for that PvE fit (maybe 2 likely ones for the race) very high |

I totally agree with the previous poster. I was typing this as he was too i guess! lol
My biggest question is why are you training Jump Drive Operation. It's a Capital skill that is totally unnecessary at this point.
Your focus should be on your gunnery skills at present. Particularly your CORE gunnery. Throw them up to 4, get some of your laser skills done. Then pop your Armor comps to 4 and you're pretty much good to go for a Legion.
A Tengu will take longer with Missile and proper shield skills. So at present Amarr is the way to go.
You don't need it all to 5 to be effective and the fact that you have your main Engineering skills up is good.
Having Cybernetics to 5 is a plus. No one wants to train it but most like a set of +5s in a training clone or for freaky implants.
A maxed CovOps character with top Astrometrics skills can fetch you 4-4.5B depending. So at present, with all your Amarr including BS to 5 you are sitting around a respectable 5B at present.
In 6 months, she'll be a pretty decent character. |

Duely noted. The cyno 5 allows covert cynos, which as you pointed out, i was heading down the blops route, for which jump drive op 5 is needed, although a long way off right now, think 200ish days. |
