Which is only possible because of the solid amount of hitpoints + the solid repairing power, ie tank...
For all those of you who keep comenting on blasterthrons but obviously don't fly them or use them on anything but nubs, pirate drones and stuff that doesn't shoot back... Please don't talk if you have no clue and please realize that since RMR (now over 2 months on the server) pure ganking is no longer possible and the damage output of even neutrons (which cannot be fitted because of cpu/pg req) isn't even close to gaining you the advantage you need in dps to drop an opponent by going in with a naked, tankless setup. |

Having flown the Vindicator in PvP for the last 3-4 months, I've found it an immensely powerful ship to fly and its been great fun to fly it. I've come close to losing it a couple of times but she's still standing for now. And yet she's still not at her full strength. I have not enough to afford officer gear for it yet so I'm using standard named or T2 gear. If I get the chance, I shall fit it with the best officer mods I can get hold of.

Ahh, Ange1. Here's a man who has killed me a couple of times. I remember taking you on 1v1 in your Deimos when I was flying a Brutix and we had a really good fight and a nice conversation afterwards.
I don't suppose you'd care to share your thoughts on a Vindicator setup to those of us mere mortals who can only dream of such a beast?

As I said, a long way from a dream setup, but it works well for me. I have a set of low-grade slave implants and with gang skills I get 13k armour out of it.
The Establishment fleet is currently fly 2 Vindicators on the battlefield  .
I believe I still have fraps of our 1v1 somewhere Feek. Was indeed a good scrap.
