I think the bounty system is broken and doesn't work the way it was intended.
Instead its a rich man's toy to put on people they wanna diss, otherwise it doesn't do much for the game. It will always favour those players with lots of isk to WASTE, coz it is a waste!
Instead they should add bountys on pirates who destroy other players ships and who break the laws of Concorde. I would also put a bounty on any corp or alliance who wardec another as they are the aggressor, even if they may be doing that for a good cause.
But the bounty system doesn't work as it stands now.
PS: Go ahead and put bounty on me, its an alt I don't play hardly, and I hope you rich players waste your money! |

No, it's a player tool, not something that has anything to do with NPC interaction. So having it in any way connected to CONCORD (or Concorde) would definitely not follow the intent of the mechanic.

So go back to the days of podding a naked clone with an alt for the bounty payout or just change it to noobships? Either is fine with me. I used to love collecting my own bounties.
The pussyfied part is people being scared to engage the guys with worthwhile bounties/ships because they'll get their asses kicked.
