Well, I feel your pain, but in a left handed way at least you're making me feel better. I was getting paranoid that I was lost in the system.
Looks like CCP are groaning a bit under the load of all their subscribers. Poor babies.

IMHO CCP have had too much success in a short timeframe. If the game were to be treated as a business the customer care would be considered totally unacceptable. I think they need to employ more staff and spend some of the huge amount of income on more customer support
