1) There are 2 bloodlines afaik. Is there any way AT ALL to become Jove unless you are a CCP-payed rp'er?
2) There are 5 Jove ships afaik. Is there ANY WAY to get the skillbooks for these ships or the ships themselves?
3) Jove space is to be opened up after Kali afaik. Does ANYONE KNOW when exactly this will be (btw don't say soon(tm))
4) There are Jove commodities existing afaik. Does ANYONE have/know how to get them?
5) You cannot use Jove agents atm. WHEN will they be available?

Do you mean the Jove Parts? Those were part of an event and no longer have any use.

1.) not until 2007 when jove expansion comes in
2.) no
3.) 2007 (first half according to last dev blog on the matter)
4.) some jove stations up north - sisters of eve i believe
5.)again 2007

No.

I don't know, Jove space has been earmarked for being opened for a long time, don't hold your breath.

Commodities? Are you talking about the body parts from the killed Jove guy all that time ago? You can buy them from other players.
5) You cannot use Jove agents atm. WHEN will they be available?
Question is, what would Jove agents offer that regular ones can't? Jove ships/tech? If that was the case, it would be nerfed from its currently much higher power to fit inline with currently available modules/tech.
