So can I build the roqual in any system? Just cant jump it around in high sec. |

You can't build it in hisec, because you can't anchor the capital bay on a POS to even build it. |

I'm pretty sure those can't be anchored in high sec either.

I think you can build them in a LS station.. Just guessing but I know you can build carriers and dreads in a LS station

XL's can be anchored in HS. How else could you build Freighters with them? Not sure what would happen if you tried to start a Rorq though since they are restricted to LS, NS, and WH's. Probably throw a message saying you have to move to a system < .5 |

The Rorqual is a "capital industrial ship" (and is the only one in that category/group). When you look at manufacturing slots, the mouse-hover text tells you what may be built in that manufacturing facility.
Short answer: you may only build one in lowsec or nullsec. |

uh i dont think they can be anchored in high... but you can build freighters in a large ship assembly array which may have confused you

hmmm...I swear we had one in HS...but it's showing low only. We used it as mineral storage...18 mil M^3 of space was better than 14 CHA's.
But I am old and memory is the 2nd thing to go...I cannot remember what the first thing is.... |

Several Rorqs were intended to be built in Hisec POSs when they came out - including at least one in Amarr at Chribba's POS.
Prior to completion however (perhaps prior to installation?) CCP modified something and (IIRC) unanchored the required modules throughout Hisec.
Since then it has been impossible to build Rorquals in Hisec. |

That's definitely the Large Ship Assembly Array. I know because I bought one, just for the 18M m-¦ of space for my POS.

Yes, these must be built outside of highsec.
Capitals that can be built in HighSec:
1) Captial Components
2) Orcas
3) Freighters
4) NOTHING ELSE
Rorquals cannot be flown in HighSec, ergo they cannot be built there.
