There could be alot more to follow mate.
However we cant completely curse them, 90% of the time they are more than helpful. This however is the worst ****up i have seen and they are no where around, not a good way to keep your customers

wow canceling already Why not give CCp a day to get this fixed and then decide if you want to cancel. For god sakes people so the devs havent talk to us maybe there to busy trying to fix the problem either way normally the devs are really helpful and hell i could be worst we could be playing star wars galixies

I already closed my second account, i'm thinking of closing the second if few days if ccp still have the uggliest commercial attitude i've ever seen since 10 years i play mmorpg...

I've been playing for over 10 months now and seen many patches kill game-play. Believe me, if there's one eve-addict, it's me, but this does it !

i have the feeling that this is more than just this problem and its more to do with repeated problems that have drove people towards this ... and a lack of customer service personel (for my point ) like having a petition wait for 260 hours so far with no reply

Been playing since prior to Armageddon Day in beta, and I have to admit, completely hooked. I also have to agree with the above poster about SOE's wonderful support, CCP blows them out of the water when it comes to response to game breaking issues. Sorry to see you go, all the people here is what makes this game as enjoyable as it is.

I'd be happy to know that the devs are working on a problem. I mean seriously I would lose my job if I acted this way (I develop code and run systems for a mere 1-2000 students/staff). Its complete bollox when the fanboys come and say the devs are busy fixing the problem - it would take <3 minutes to post a sticky in the known issues forum saying 'yes, we screwed up, we're working on it please bare with us'. But no - they never ever post on the forums to let us know whats going on in the patches for the past 12 months.
Heck at this point a new MOTD would even keep me happy - its like they dont even acknoledge there is a problem.

The game is unplayable since rmr, so lots of people dont care about this sticky to be honest.

I dont know what CCP is doing (besides visting vegas) but for sure they arent fixing this game. every patch new bugs with ratio 2:1, 2 new bugs, 1 bug fixed. I will give one month top, and will cancel too if nothing will change. For now I will take a break, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is coming out soon.

Give them a day?? WTF are you talking about??? I waited few months for them to fix drones, and what they did? not much. They had plenty of time to patch most imporant bugs, test them on test serwer, and .... TEST THEM!!!! and quess what. looks like they didnt test them.

It was perfectly fine for me, 6 hours before the last downtime.
People I know also were playing perfectly fine for a bit after the downtime.

Could be your computers. Or drive issues. The only trouble I've had since I started this game was a few crash to desktops when every other person on the planet was also online. Today has been pretty bad though. I think I crashed hourly. I agree though, it would be nice to have one of their techs take a few minutes and make a post just saying "Something went wrong, we're working on it."
