These is the kind of stuf almost no one uses in game.
Reason:
1. They suck ass
2. They suck ass
3. They suck ass
That said i think its time for CCP to rethink these drone set.
For example on one ocation i tryed to slow down a Kiting frigate with 5 small web drones, and to my surprise they did not catch up with the kitting frigate, quikly i right cliked on my small web drones information and yup you Guessed it: THEY ARE TOO SLOW! Really! its not even funny.
Maybe that would be a good start for these ugly ducklings.
Make them go faster?

I am sure I posted this before,
There should be a ship, or ship class, or perhaps race with a bonus to such drones.
I think it should be Caldari. They have the lowest bandwith an would most benefit from such a bonus.
e.g. Scorpions that had a bonus the range and effect of wed, ecm, painter, and dampner drones would not have much effect in PVE but could influence the use of that ship in PVP.

Wouldn't help. The problem with EWAR drones isn't that their stats are inherently terrible. The problem with EWAR drones is that they are stacking penalized with each other. So the fourth and fifth drone are for all intents and purposes useless. |

Completely wrong.
I have tested this on multiple occasions they are not stacking peanilitzed, as each drone is considered an "individual" source.
EWAR drones just suck ass.
